BIOGRAPHY:

With over 2 decades of experience behind me, every piece that I have hand crafted has been with my creativity, love and care using wire and various beads, shells and semi precious stones.

The designs are also created using various traditional jewellery and self taught wire wrapping and bead weaving techniques that adds dimension and character to each piece, so that nearly every design is unique.

I am influenced by many things. My creative process is more intuitive and subjective rather than objective. Therefore I don't bound myself to any one discipline, style or cultural reference. I do however like to merge and blend together influences, processes and materials and create pieces that present themselves from that mix.

The aims and purpose of Zayunu by Design is to adorn and beautify others by way of my creative expressions through the medium of bead, shell, metal, semi precious stones, crystal and colour.

To enhance and compliment the natural inherent beauty within my clients with a refreshingly different approach to jewellery.

To provide bold, original and highly desired accessories which continually seeks to challenge the usual perceptions of wearable art.
